Sioux Falls Maternity Session

It was back in early March Sarah contacted me about scheduling her maternity portraits. Tanner and Sarah are expecting a baby girl any day now and I could not be more excited for them both! I am so grateful for the opportunity to shoot another one of her pregnancies! 

With all the COVID-19 stuff going on in the world right now it felt amazing to be outside enjoying a little fresh air and clients again! The weather for Spring here in the Midwest is usually a guessing game. We were extremely lucky to have such a beautiful morning for South Dakota. They sky was a little overcast which worked in our favor to capture this gorgeous backdrop that overlooked Great Bear Ski Lodge in Sioux Falls, SD.  Keep in mind this view did come with a little extra work! In the end climbing up these steep and winding trails was totally worth it!
